During the New Zealand lockdown due to COVID19 Harts Pharmacy is adapting the way we do pharmacy.
Information for Local Warkworth Customers
For the safety of our staff and community during COVID19 Alert Level 3, customers will be served at the door by our staff. Do not enter the shop. 2 metre social distancing outside while waiting for service.
If you are unwell, do not come to the pharmacy front door.Phone the pharmacy if you or anyone in your bubble have symptoms of fever,cough,sore throat,generally unwell & we will give you advice. Stay in your car or stay home to phone us.
As from Monday 4th May the shop is open Monday to Friday 9am-11am and 2pm-5pm. This is for prescription collection and essential items shopping.
We are working Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm so customers can phone and send emails during these hours.
Closed Saturday and Sunday, and Public Holidays
Do not enter the shop. No cash,cheques or Eftpos cards
For the safety of our staff and our customers -
All prescriptions will be faxed or emailed from doctors, processed by our Pharmacists and then our staff will phone or text you a time for collection. We encourage our sick/vulnerable and over 70 age group customers to stay home. If possible get someone else to pickup the prescription for you.
Local Delivery Service Fee is $5 or $10 per delivery (depending on location)- book this with staff.
If you need shop items, tell our staff when they phone about your prescription collection time.

Please only ring pharmacy if you have an urgent query and keep conversation brief.
We need to keep phone lines free to contact doctors and other health professionals.
Our staff are working very hard to stay well and deliver our service to our local Warkworth Community. The safety measures we have in place are for all of our safety and well being. We appreciate the support that we have received from our customers.

When our staff ring you to collect your medicine, discuss payment total & if any delivery fee needed
Go to www.pharmacysales.co.nz.
Click on Medicine Cabinet. Click on Prescription Charge Per Item , enter the number of items and proceed to checkout.
Add Delivery $5/$10 product to cart if needed. Please discuss the payment total with our staff before you go on to the website.
Currently we are updating our website and many products are not visible.
